MODELS
The process begins with the design of the part to be manufactured, during which the desired features and
dimensions of the product are determined. A detailed design is created using Computer-Aided
Design/Computer-Aided Manufacturing (CAD/CAM) software. At this stage, the shape, internal structure,
material selection, and mold design of the product are determined. Using beneficial models is crucial in the
product design process. These models can provide many benefits such as enhancing user experience, reducing
costs, and optimizing the production process. Among the models we recommend are user-centered design
(UX), Design Thinking, 3D modeling, and simulation techniques. Utilizing these models can significantly
contribute to the successful launch of the product and customer satisfaction.

LET'S MAKE THE MOLD
METAL MOLD MANUFACTURİNG Injection mold manufacturing for plastics is a widely used production process in the industry. This process ensures the high quality and consistency of plastic parts by following specific steps. After the design stage, a mold suitable for the product is manufactured. The mold is typically made of durable metals such as steel or aluminum. Using CNC (Computer Numerical Control) machines, the inner surface of the mold is precisely processed to obtain the desired shape and size of the product. Mold surfaces are polished, and necessary coatings are applied. Injection mold manufacturing for plastics, when combined with modern production technologies and mold design, enables the production of high-quality and precise parts. This process plays an effective role in producing many plastic parts used in the industry and is continuously improved with evolving techniques for greater efficiency. Our experienced team and high-tech machines allow us to meet our customers' needs.

LET'S PRODUCE
WE MANUFACTURE PLASTİC PARTS
1- Injection Process: After the mold is prepared, plastic granules or pellets are placed into the injection
machine. The plastic material is melted by the injection machine and injected into the mold cavity under
high pressure. The plastic material inside the mold cools down to take the desired shape.
2
Cooling and Ejection: After the injection process, the plastic material inside the mold is left to cool for a
specific period. Once the material has cooled, it is ejected from the mold, and the product undergoes quality
control inspection. The ejected parts are separated and made ready for use.
3
Final Processes: Products may undergo additional processes as needed. These processes may include
cutting, drilling, assembly, or surface treatments. The products undergo final inspection, are packaged, and
prepared for shipping.
Thanks to our experienced Polymer Engineers, we can conduct R&D activities throughout the design-toproduction
process, allowing us to produce high-quality parts in terms of both cost and performance.
